MY STORY.

As an ex long-haul flight attendant, I spent over 15 years living out of hotels and fuelled by large cups of coffee.
Flying across many time zones in short periods of time, took its toll on both my mind and body.
Falling into a negative lifestyle and chaotic work-life balance, I wanted to find a way to feel more centered and calm.
An invite to a yoga and mediation session, was what changed this for me.
Coming away feeling connected and peaceful, this was the incentive to begin my yoga and sound healing journey.
Blessed with attending some of the most magical classes by amazing teachers all over the world, I went on to train as a yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner, in order to share its magic in creating and empowering, the best version of you .
My classes are accessible to everyone by holding classes in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, as well as finding harmony and calm from meditative sound healing.
